We are a Polish company that specializes in preparing and implementing industrial solutions . As a result of our professional cooperation with other companies we have gained an experience in standards of world leading car producers and other companies of food and pharmaceutical branch. For several years we have been fulfilling projects worldwide and still extending our knowledge. That is why we are able to face even the most demanding plan.
Experience and work specification
Gained knowledge and experience allowed us to complete projects of well-known automotive brands such as Daimler, Scania BMW and Volvo. We have integrated our solutions with the existing control systems and production supervision (Prisma, VDComm, PTS part tracking system). Because of an outstanding specification of our machines that we have been implementing, we have been able to plan and supervise communication systems (ProfiBus, ProfiNet) between machines of other producers.
We also take part in an initial phase of product preparations, elaborate specifications in tool assortment as well as plan an interface between machines. We have an experience in planning security systems in accordance to requirements typical for production procedures.
In our work we mostly use Siemens PLC’s and Numeric Controls, including the most advanced ones such as Sinumerik 840D.
